Maximum Occupancy

- Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests registered in the reservation.
- Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted to stay or spend the night at the property without prior approval.
No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Smoking is also prohibited on terraces, balconies, and all outdoor areas of the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Late Check-in
For in-person check-ins:
- Check-in between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM: additional fee of €30.
- Check-in after 11:00 PM: additional fee of €50.
No late check-in fee applies to self check-ins (using a key box).
Respect for the Neighbours
We kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and comply with any applicable building or residence rules.
Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
In the event of a justified complaint regarding noise, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refund for the remaining nights.
Any damages, additional costs, or penalties may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.
Check-out
The final cleaning is included and will be carried out by our team after your departure.
We simply ask that you leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition and treat the accommodation and its facilities with care.
